The Horace Park District is governed by a board consisting of five publicly elected officials called commissioners. Commissioners are elected for four-year terms with no term limits. Elections are held on even numbered years in June.

The Horace Park Board meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 5:30 PM, unless otherwise noted. Meetings are held at Horace Fire Hall located at 413 Main St, Horace, North Dakota. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend these open meetings.
